I have milestone windows and over time the sun has dried out the plastic casing and they have cracked I'd like to purchase replacements

We have the L-LC45 window that has latches that are screwed on the top of the window that the plastic has broken, from sun, I am sure. Where can I find replacements?

Do you have this tilt window latch match in stock, I understand it's made out of nylon

This item rides between the edge of the window & the Balance. When unlocked, it allows the window to tilt in for Cleaning. Mine are Dry-Rot from the sun beating down on it.

Attached is a photo of the broken plastic latch on many of my tilt windows from Irma. There are no markings or brand names of the windows so I can't provide any identifiable info.

I bought a house that has 30 of these l/r window latches. The windows are in great shape, but the Florida sun baked these latches over the last 11 years

Thank you for your assistance. The measurements are 1-1/8" installation hole centers; total length 2-7/16"; total width is 7/8". Latch is on the left side of the window looking out from the inside. The latch is used to release the window for cleaning. Thank you John

tilt latches for single hung windows. there are no stamps or markings either on the latches or the windows. I have eleven windows and all latches are crumbling from sun damage.hope to replace all if not to expensive.

The windows were installed in my home in 1992 and I think the manufacturer was Nu View which is apparently out of business. I have old plastic/nylon pivot shoes that have a brake effect that holds position when widow is tilted open.
