Searching for a replacement part and, hopefully, instructions on how to replace on the outer sash.

Ive searched the website and came up empty. I am assuming the parts are discontinued, but am hoping that there is a replacement part for each. The place where I bought my double hung widows from discount windows hawaii no long has this type of balance the windows will will not close probably it slammed down and I'm worried for my small grandkids getting hurt. Thank you Dale H.

What are the dimensions of this part? The channel on my window is about 1 1/4 wide by 1/2" deep.

hi see attached pictures. these are for a Traco window, Sienna 4600 series, double hang. I guess the coil housings serving the lower slide window need to be replaced on both sides.
