Dear customer support, I have a broken window coil balance spring (see attached images) and I need to replace it. My window weighs about 22 lbs. Do you know what size of coil spring I need for my window?

The clip I need fits inside the rail. The other part I need slides into the bottom of the window and then snaps inside that clip. Not sure, but I believe this is a Crystal window. thank you for your help. Peter

We need two of these parts for a Traco brand sash window. We can't get the part out to photograph so I hope this pic tells you enough to let us know what we need. The label info is from the sticker on the sash for more info about the window. I hope you can help us. Thanks, Jane

The Pivot Bar on the lower sash of my double hung vinyl windows bent/ broke on both sides. I have no idea who the manufacturer of the window is. Hello, Need some advise. The current coil balance on my window has 2 springs each side (see picture). Using your calculation, window size = 20.75" x 33.5", double insulated, the window sash calculation comes out to 8lb per side. This means i can go with a single 8lb spring each side.Correct or sh ...
