Hi, can you please help suggest replacement parts for this double coil balance and shoe? The coils broke and the shoe pivot also had a plastic piece break.

Looking for those coil balances (8R) and (8L)

Is this something you can fix ?

The coil has an 8 stamped on it. I want to replace the coils though because the window is so hard to both open and close. The window weighs 13 lbs.

Is this a picture of a coil spring window balance? Can I order a replacement? Or two? or 4? This one comes comes from the left side (facing the outdoors) bottom pane of a double hung, vinyl, inward tilting window. I do not know the manufacturer or the age of the window. Hi. I have never seen these or know what to even call them.

So I am trying to replace both a coil balance and a pivot shoe on a set of windows that I have at home. I'm pretty sure I have found the parts but am confused on the random flathead tip screw that is located above the coil balance. It can twist both counterclockwise to extend into the channel and ... I thought there was a right and left, but they both say 8R. Also need instructions on replacement. Thank you.

NEITHER THE UPPER NOR LOWER SASH HOLD. BALANCE COIL IS APPROX 1/2" WIDE. CAN'R READ # ON COIL BUT APPROX 21" FROM BOTTOM LEDGE TO TOP OF STATIONARY COIL HOLDER.

I have two windows that need to be repaired. The balances were broken when cleaning the windows, the lower roller cracked. The first two pictures show a good balance, last shows the broken one. Both left and right are marked 8R.

There is no manufacturing name on window. I ordered 2 spring coils from Swisco, they don't have a hook at the end if it.
