Hello, I would like to order replacement clips for my Jordan windows. I may also need at least one balance but mostly it is the clips that are breaking all over the house. The balance has a stamp 2830 on the first floor and is 29" long. Can you please tell me what numbers to order? ... (cont.)

My thermo-break windows are at least 25 years old...I'd like new spring lift parts...it's the nylon parts missing or broken...if I could just repair the lifts, that would be great...the lifts are 26" long...the top and bottom pieces on some lifts are bad and the part on the windows ( pic) are broken ... Hello! I ordered two replacement block and tackle channels "2430" and they fit perfectly in my window, but one of the side "tabs" is broken and doesn't catch one of the channels when I pull down on the window. The tab is screwed to the corner of the dash. What is this part called and where can I fin ... (cont.)

Spring loaded window balancer marked as a 2830 with a BSI stamp located near the 2830 stamp. This is for a Jordan brand window in a house built in 1988.

I need to repair or replace sashes on 13 Jardan single hung windows. I recently purchaed the home. I looked at one of the sashes and it is stamped 2830F. Is this the same part as a he 2830? Once I investigate and have the bottom line I will place an order.

I am trying to find replacements for 26 of these, some are white, some are black, I don't have a preference. Some have this aluminum "insert", some do not.The name on the window latches is Jordan, they are about 35 years old.

stamped 2830, will need sash at top of window also. Wanted 2 balances and couple top black sash pieces also. mine are black sashes on white windows

Can you identify this top sash guide fo me? I can not find it on your website. Either white or black is OK. Thanks, Tom
