Would you please tell me what brand window your 26-120 and 26-121 latch are made for ? They are identical to the latches on the windows I have and was wondering what the brand window is they replace.

The picture of the window lock I see has both the window lock to keep the window locked as well as the bottom clip that slides up and down to hold the window locked into the frame.

Hello I am looking for both left and right side tilt latches for some original gapco windows. This house that I am working on was built in 91. The latches appear to measure 3 3/16" long, 1 1/8" wide and 5/16" thick. With hole spacing 2 1/8" on center. Thanks for all the help.

Need two sets of the tilt brackets. Only markings are "Better Built" on locking mechanism. Please advise part numbers and cost. Thank you?

when I open the window it falls forward because the tabs inside the mechanism, lock are broken off. I really bad hazzard.
