Lost the little plastic clip/slide that keeps the actuator arm sliding in the channel. These pictures are looking up into the channel from underneath House was built in 1988

I am looking to replace a casement window crank from a 1960's era Pella window. The picture is attached. Is this something you might carry?

Dear Swisco, The white plastic device inside the track which moves the crank arm has failed. I am guessing you call it a window roller. Can you identify the part number for this product? Thank you, Roy

HouSe was built in 1968 looking to replace a couple of cranks I can't get a picture to post for some reason

We have Anderson casement with left arm closer and mechanism, 10" arm which doesn't look like the 9-3/8" you display. Can you identify? Was buried in window trim-not surface mounted. Thanks.

looking for one handle fold away for a window; is a swing one left side pella brand when you reply i will send you the description via picture, its only one crank handle to substitute a broken one. or i am gonna need to buy another kit. thanks
