I am looking for this part. I don't have one on the other side on my Kinro window. I know that the channel balance needs this part in order for my window to work. Can you help? I Donny want to replace the whole window if I don't have to. Thanks Dawn

Hi there, I need help ordering ordering this window balance. I have included pictures. It appears to be 30" long, 1/2-9/16" wide and has this hook/thether and a #2930 with BSI written on it. I'm need of replacing the spring balances but would like to know about the bottom being different from the illustrations that you have. Are the bottoms interchangeable? I'm asking cause I've got what looks like a 15-002 or 15-003 bottom yet the 15-005 appears to be a better choice to avoid the bra ... (cont.)
