Existing balance stamped 13 3, along with CJ EP, with BSI in between those letters, running perpendicular. Matches description for your Series 385. Length of metal is 13&5/16". Need a replacement for channel beam. Channel beam labeled 2630. PA marking on bottom boot stating PA 6598264. Top boot has no indicators or markings. Length of beam 27 inches

The hook at the end of the string is slightly too wide to fit into the hole when trying to install...any suggestions?

I have two windows that have two each of these. All four no longer lock into position, I think the tab that locks into the window frame has rusted away. Let me know which balance I need to replace all four of them.

I need to replace the Window Balances for my windows and I'm having a hard time finding the right size and the right bottom fitting that was put on the balances that I have. The actual balance measures just above 30 1/2 inches and the numbers stamped on the balance is 30 3. I can't find the maker o ... (cont.)
