This casement window opener is Marked "Roto" and has the stamp "HG05" with "2009U" below that. The length of the longest arm is approximately 9 10/16 in. Thanks for your help. Eric

I cannot find any markings. The plastic part that slides underneath the window is broken. Everything else works fine. Do you have a replacement for either the end or the entire crank?

Markings unreadable

Looking for a replacement crank and operator for Roto HG04-2006U. Would prefer to replace all with a newer model, if possible, to help avoid a loose crank.

Hi I need 2 left and two right operators for these casement windows.The length of the arm is between 12" and 13" depending on how and where measurements are taken.
