an operator -Numbers in black on the back are: OP05-7574-03 11-1-07 82033 also numbers on the medal are OP05-1505 a pin- The numbers are OP051002, Front of Pin appears to be 15/16 at the widest part. The pin inserts into the tract and clips to the arm of the operator.

Arm measure 13.5 inches. Tenant broke hardware off of window so there may be additional parts not included in the image.
