hello my name is Justin. I have the casemount where the handle came off the mount. I was planning to just change the case mount. Do I need to buy the window arms too? Also, if i just change the case mount, can i still use the old window arms. thank you

Left handed operator. ROTO window Model number HG04 2006U.

We have two identical casement windows (Milgard I believe). One of them is missing its track and the slider may be damaged. Looking for this part . The body matches maxim Dyad dill mount but it has a 10 1/2 inch single arm.

Plastic case about 4 1/2" wide. Long arm about 11' long. Worried that new operator will not come with track anchor, the black one on this seems to riveted on.

Pin shears off. It is mounted in a bracket that slides in a track at the bottom. We have had this pin shear on 3 other windows. Just need pin not a complete bracket.

Hi ... we have crank casement windows in our townhome. Previously you guys identified new cranks and handles for our windows (which were perfect).
