Can you help me find this casement operator 30146

The crank mechanism of one of my casement windows doesn't work properly anymore. When turning the crank, it feels as if the gear is missing some of its teeth. It grabs sometimes, but often it doesn't. I pulled the crank itself off the shaft and confirmed that the issue is *not* simply a loose fit of ... (cont.)

This window was forced open from a closed position and it ripped the metal from the channel. There is a plastic slider piece that is supposed to be in that track that I need to replace as well.

Looking for a replacement window crank. Single Arm is 6.5" long #40049, crank body #LH45135, Crank handle #45199. Contains "TRUTH" branding with a house-type logo.
