Swico: We live in a four unit condo. Each unit has a bay window with two casement side portions ? one left opening and one right opening. I'm a member of a condo association board looking to replace the hardware on many (maybe 100) Eagle casement windows installed in the early to mid 1980s. Many have the short arm and the slider at the corner of the window rusted out. We're able to find new sashes locally but can't find the hardware l ... (cont.)

I have one wind that is missing the bar that allows the window to open and another window the bar is there but it easily drops out of the track. What do I need to fix both issues? The picture is of item #1 only. Thank you!!
