26-400 Top Sash Pivot Bar, 2-5/16"

I cannot find any brand names on the windows. What should I put on what they call these? The metal rods protruding from the windows that latch onto the spring assembly, has also broken. Do you sell those as well?

Stanley Pro-Fit 1200 series window. --I bought 26-400 and the item did not work. --In the image, the stamping is 1074 if that helps. Any suggestions?

Folks,we bought a house with 20 year old replacement windows. The original installer was Bristol Aluminum from Bristol, RI. They claim they have no replacement parts for the windows that were made in Smithfield, Rhode Island, by Riverdale windows and Door. The installer was less than helpful.... ... (cont.)

Farley 60DV2844 vinyl windows the tilt pieces have broken off

The part that fits into the shoe allowing the window to tilt. It is plastic and has broken off. Can it be replaced?

I found this part on your site part # 26-412 but mine is 1 inch and 3/4..... See attached ...do you have anything or do I have to cut it.

The part is metal. It has no markings on it. Looks like the piece that rides the sash up and down jambhardware
