I have a vinyl window that the top window will not stay up. I took it apart and I found the metal piece from the window that goes into a plastic piece that's gets attached to the spring is broken. The metal piece from the window is broken. I attached some pictures. my name is Lance ... (cont.)

need balance clip. We need the grey part. It slides into the white part I also uploaded. one end goes to the window (sash?) other end goes into the white circle part I also uploaded.

A plastic black pivot or swivel that connects to a coil in the track - it is fixed with two Philips screws. Looking for details on this part and/or buying options. Thanks.

I have (6) broken pivot parts on my windows. Thinking they are MW Windows installed in 2002. Don't know why they have broken while cleaning. Maybe in need of lubrication? Hope you can help!

Hi. I need 2of each. The long one is approx 2.5 inches and window is marked 4000DH The short one window says simonton. Cant measure as it is broken

the window shoe is jammed cannot move up or down, the pivot bar is broken & has to be replaced. i have in the past replaced pivot bars (#26-412) with no problems. My question should the shoe be replaced? if so, how?? Shoe does not look damaged. I will await your response before ordering pivot bar. ... (cont.)

I'm replacing the spiral tilt window balances (S600-16). Do I just install them, or is there another step? The description says "ready to be charged." What does that mean?
