Hello, I have a crank window control arm that's broken (the thread poped out). I'd like to replace it. It says "Truth" on it and a number "40067". I attached the pictures of the front view in installed state, and the removed state. Thank you, Alexander

Please help locate part numbers for this window operator and latch. I work for Greystar Property Managent and I am having issues finding this parts for our windows. Thank you for any guidance you may provide.

Picture is of a functioning crank lever system. I need a replacement for the complementary window - so other orientation. I don't believe there is a make/model on the windows or the hardware.

I have the truth payment window, but the crank no longer can grab the window and close it. I have to manually pull the window close every time. I want to replace whatever is necessary to make the window operational again Gene

Window crank on left side ( turns clockwise to open) won't close window full way . I want to replace inside and outside hardware on both sides

Do you carry a replacement for this casement window operator that folds? It works fine now, but I'm hoping for a folding version to allow a blind to more easily sit in front of the window. This is made by Truth.

There's a number "24 45054" on the back of the handle, but that's not the part that needs replacing. I've taken photos of the window operator that's had a gear come loose (and also a photo of one that works fine) and so the mechanism no longer opens/closes the window when the handle is attached as i ... My casement window handles were stripped and did not work. Handyman bought new crank handle from Home Depot, and it almost immediately stripped as well (white one in picture. Original was similar size but silver color). Handyman says we need a longer or stronger one to lift these heavy old windows. ... (cont.)

Have multiple casement windows with stripped operator / handle. The stamp inside the window panes is 'Security Window Co.' from 1976. On the upper operating arm the number 30146

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement and am unfamiliar. I believe the company is "Truth". There seems to be a number 30050 but may be missing a portion due to corrosion. I'm not exactly sure how to measure(please see pic). Can someone provide some guidance. Thanks!
