need some help identifying the replacement part for the broken part I have. I went through your inventory but couldn't find a good fit. Thanks Jeff Drake

I cannot find the manufacturer name. The mounting holes are 2 1/16" on center for the latch and 1" on center for the strike. It is white. The measurement from the mounting hole to the front edge of the latch (cam side) is approximately 7/8" My understanding is that the window manufacturer is no lo ... (cont.)

90-161 looks like it would work but I need to know all hole location dimensions on the lock . Looking for 11/16 on the backset

We received the lock for the window (90-278) but it is the wrong size for our window. I like to attach two pictures of the part of the lock that sits on staionary side of the window to show you the size and the shape of the lock. I like to return the lock you sent and get one like the picture show ... (cont.)

New customer. Home is a manufactured home...maybe 20 years old. The Jeld Wen decal is on the sliding door. Windows have nothing that tells me manufacturer. need both latches and handles, quantity of 3 sets. handle is about 2"-2 and 1/16" center to center of holes. latch is slotted but was using about 1 and 1/16" center to center of hole Thanks!

Need help with this replacement

I've had a difficult time getting the correct replacement part. Pella is the brand on the lock. Hole spacing is 2-1/8" The Keeper is recessed and at the thinnest part 1/8" it's thickest part 6/32" It feels metal not plastic.

I am just not sure of the right size to order.

I need something that matches up to these measurements. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hole to hole on lock is 2-1/16 inch. Can?t find these anywhere. Any suggestions? Bill
