Single hung window lock is broken. The latch handle is snapped off. I can not find any markings on this window anywhere to find the manufacturer.

Is this product metal or plastic?

Hello, My name Octavio and I am looking for vertical window locking hardware. I believe the one that I need is part number: 90-278.

I need a couple dozen of these latches for my hotel. The holes are on 2" centers. I have more pictures if needed.

I have 31 wide x 72 high double hung windows with a single sash lock similar to your 90-278. The single lock is worn and not strong enough to hold the top sash all the way up, resulting in a gap at the top allowing air to seep through. Attached are photos of the part installed and removed (on 1/10" graph paper). The only marking is a "MDC 5" stamped inside the outline of Texas. Hi - I am looking for the lock in my pictures. The holes are 2 1/16" on center and 11/16" from the window side of the latch. Hi, This lock has a keep that meets the lock at 90 degree position. It has 2 1/16 hole center. I cannot find any that may work to replace this lock.

I need two window latches (philips); the pert that attaches to the sliding part of the window and locks it with a lever. The levers have broken off mine. Lock strike screw holes 2-1/4" apart center to center. The screw holes on the slider window is 2" center to center. Hope this help find one!
