I need to replace some of my window locks. The windows are slipping from the top, which causes an opening at the top of the window - allowing air to come in.

KEEPER DIMENSIONS: Center-set: 2-1/16", Width: 1/4". Overall length: 2-9/16". LATCH DIMENSIONS: Center-set: 2-27/32", Backset: 21/32", Overall length: 2-9/16".

I have three windows that the locking hardware is broken. I need the window locks that have ACAN logo on them and the hardware locks that allow the window to be tilted in for cleaning. I'm looking for a replacement sash lock similar to 90-278 but a bit deeper and with a dropped out center section. I've enclosed a couple shots of the broken piece for reference.
