Hello, I have several windows whose latch has broken. Additionally, the roller track which holds the window in and allows it to slide is also broken. Thanks in advance I was wondering how I'd track this down!

We are looking for the thin piece not the one with the latch on it. Picture 3137 shows the piece sitting up, the second picture 3136 is with the piece laying down flat.

Hi, One last window latch I'm trying to match and replaced, "Viking". On the latch: 2 1/8" holes on center. 11/16" hole on center off the edge. It is 2 7/8" long and 1" - 1 1/16" wide. I would want to replace the latch base as well. Thank you! Anna

I have three of these windows, photos show two of them. The window latch and tilt-in latches need to be replaced. Hi, the meeting railing my 1999-era upper sash broke away from the frame. I tried to re-insert it after removing the 2 7/8 inch flat keepers which had previously been broken by a thief. The lock says CertainTeed with a c or g after the name. Hard to read. The 2 top pieces are part of the locks as well. I only have one of the screws to put it back on and I need to replace 2. Help! Please

Hello - I am trying to find a replacement lock / keeper set for a Jeld-Wen window. They are recessed and flush mounted into the window sashes. The lock has the numbers 45202 and 45204 on it and the keeper has the number 41276 on one end. Are these SWISSCO parts? If so how can I order replacement ... (cont.)
