The teeth in the gears are stripped and you have to push the window from the outside to open. It is a truth product from about 2008. Hi there - I am not sure which replacement part(s) I need to fix the cranking issue. The crank works on closing the window, and only when the window is open a few inches (I push it out). Two of our windows are missing the black part that attaches to the window

9D504 is stamped on the left opening hinge shown above. 9D903 is stamped on the right opening hinge shown above. I need both right and left opening kits including handles which are stripped out. Please let me know part number and order process.

Sorry I can only show you the part as installed and as broken since otherwise I would have to dismantle the window. I don't know the brand of the window, but the metal does say "Truth" and 30905 on it. The townhome was built in 1995 so the window is probably that old This "Truth" metal is not conn ... (cont.)

There are some numbers on the back in the photos. The end pc is 3"L. The center pc running off the truth is 4 7/8. The white pc that goes in the window slot is 5 1/8L by 7/8. Thanks

Need right and left hand replacement - looks like might have been obsolete - looks like nwer model is rounded corners which is fine- need set right window and left. Depending on price probably will replace 3 window sets

Think it is a casement sill mount split arm operator, need a replacement. It doesn't close and need to push it from outside while someone cranks the arm.
