Hi, I'm needing a whole casement hardware operator set up for a weathershield window. Truth spit arm. Left hand in Champaign. operator, hinge system, top and bottom. I have attached pictures. Let me know if you need sizes or anything else.

I am need to replace my current operator the the LEFT HAND Encore Dyan operator (39-220B). I know I need a stud to go with it - can you confirm which of the two I need to get : 39-545 or 39-546? Thanks

I'm trying to get some replacement hardware for Truth casement windows. I ordered a 39-315 which had the same measurements as the one I have but it doesn't crank open as much and does not have the same color available. Any idea what item # would match?

Can't find any company near me that will fix my window so I'm hoping to get the right part and repair myself. Thanks Patty

I need a replacement window crank assembly as the gears are stripped. The reason they are stripped is the casement window has saged and is rubbing on the bottom of the window frame. Hello, I ordered part #39-317 and 39-318. Here are the pics of the part I'm trying to replace. Old part measurements as follows: 9" arm length crank assembly size is 5 1/4"L X 1"H X 2 1/2"W Parts sent are similar but arm length is 1" too short. Thank you. Phil
