I need several replacement sliding window top guides and can't find on your site. Is it possible to text you a picture of these? I don't know the window manufacturer and these are relatively old non tilt windows. They are approx 1 inch wide and 7/8 long. Thanks for your help

Latch and channel balance
I bought a house with some windows that do not have balancers. The window glass is about 23" and the distance between the top balance hole to I think you call it a Yale catch is 23". Looks like a 1/2 " wide balancer would fit. I don't know if the top holes should have clips or not since they don't. ... (cont.)

Top of channel guide has a notch in the middle close to 19-002 top & 15-002 shoe, could find one with a notch, that apparently catches on a yale stop at 4" from top of frame didn't know how t make this picture smaller? house buitd in the mid 70'S Please let me know for sure.

I will be replacing all the window channel balances in my house. I am getting how to determine which series and believe that the length of the metal part of the balance is what determines the size. Hey folks, I got balances that fit for this window and then realized the these pieces were missing as well. They retain the top of the balance in the side of the window. Apparently time and sunlight has gotten the best of them.
