I have a 40 yo condo in Florida with single pane glass and alum. frames. I need to replace all the plastic top guides on 10 windows. Don't know make of windows. Also will need a few Channel Balance Spring sets. They are marked as: 17B, 11A, 29B and 29C

Some of my windows are missing/broken locks that go into the top of the window balances.I have not found these pieces on your website. Any help will be appreciated.

Single hung aluminum sash using block and tackle balance. The nylon part at the top corners of the sash serve to capture the block and tackle when the window is pulled down. My windows are original probably 1985 I don't see any markings to identify the brand. The White Tabs are breaking one by one but the other parts look fine. I'm trying to replace the white tabs. I need 2 dozen of them. If I can avoid replacing my windows that would be awesome

Hi Arlene. This looks like either a Series 351 or Series 390 Non-Tilt Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare w ... (cont.)

Need to replace the balance spring on all windows. I also need to replace must of the top sash guides. I need help identifying the parts:Balance Spring Stamp 2850 Size metal piece. 28.5 x 9/16 x 5/8 Top sash guide 1 x 1

This part goes on the top left and right side of the Chanel of the operable sash of an older aluminum/metal window. I believe it operates as a lock and holds or engages the balance. It is plastic and if possible would like to find some in white.

I need about 16 of these things. plus 4 balances
