Trying to figure out which operator this is. The crank has stripped and it appears the socket is rounded out too. Picture is of the right hand, I need the left hand operator. It says Roto on the mounting plate. Thanks, chris

The brackets are fine. However, the crank handle broke and the spindle part is stripped. The only way to open and close the window is through a vice grip. I am unable to find a sticker with the serial number for the window. The only number I can find is OP06-1505 which is on the plastic part of the ... (cont.)

I have a 13 1/2 in operator to replace. Your 39-399 looks close. The one I have is surface mounted and mounted with two machine screws to the frame. Does this operator have the two threaded holes for the frame mounting? Also. What are the hole spacing dimensions? There is no diagram with the measure ... (cont.)

I found your website and it looks like your part 39-399 is the replacement for the Roto OP05-7532-03. Would you please confirm that this is a compatible replacement?
