Hi, can you please help me identify the parts I need?

Problems finding the right relacement crank to attach here. One purchased has the little circle at the end but it's not cooperating. My original had to be almost drilled off. Any suggestions?

Hi Swisco,I'd want to replace Roto windows parts that were installed on windows about 12 years ago.Think I need:1. Three crank handles (39-232??)2. Two 13 1/2" operators (39-399??)3. One 9 1/2" operator (39-429??)Thank you,George

The pin that the handle fits on has sheared off in the handle, do I need another crank mechanism or is there a way to replace just the handle and pin?

Trying to find the correct window operator replacement for a client. They do not have the old operator for me to match the new one to. However the window is a Roto window HG04.
