26-408 Tilt Latch Pair

Looking for replacement parts to keep this window from falling forward and be able to latch. I think these are your windows.

Need a replacement for the spring and/or lock. The metal triangle holds the top of the spring.Channel seems to be 1 or 1-1/4" x 1/2"Spring is 1/2" wide.When spring broke it blew out the pivot stop at the top. Hi! I have 9500-C series American Standard double hung windows from Home Depot. I'm look for a couple of sets of tilt latches. Do you know what exact size I'd need from your store? The size is 35 1/4 x 53 not sure if that's needed.

I need both balances and tilt locks. The balance is 32 inches with 30-5 stamped on it. The sash weighs 20 lbs. The tilt locks have wings on them. Thank you

Measurement at window edge (top of the T shape) 1 1/2, overall length 2 13/16, width 1/2, thickness 7/16 bottom to top and 3/8 from bottom edge to bottom of lip. Need left and right handed. Any help is appriciated
