My sliding door states that it was made by Western Insulated Glass SGD-C30

Looking for replacement rollers. House was built in 1993

Could you assist in tracking down these replacement rollers.

The width of the roller casing is 9/16 inches. The length of the casing is 3 1/16 inches. The height is 1 1/16 inches. The O.D. of the wheels is 1 1/8 inches

heritage triple sliding glass door rollers. four roller wheels on each roller. sliders are approximately 20 years old and Heritage/Andersen said they stopped making these style rollers 15 years ago. Thank You

Trying to replace these rollers in aluminum frame door. They have 1" dia. Wheels concave metal. They are 9/16 wide at the main body and have 11/16 wide ears at the adjustment end.

The concave profile steel wheel is a hair under 1" diameter measured to the outside edges. I didn't see an exact match in your inventory but 81-164 looks close. Thank you.

81-164 appears to look like the exact part. I didn't see any others that looked like them in your list. Unsure if the measurements are the same and if a possible substitute could work. I was talking with a wholesaler and they said possibly D1981 might work but I'd prefer an expert opinion. Thank you ... (cont.)
