Bubble diameter is about 0.25" T- slot is about 3/16" and overall height is about 5/8" I don't know the make of the windows, but there are likely 15+ years old. I've found a few of your products that are close.

Looking for replacement weather seal. Was told the windows are Napco. I've marked the photo with approx dimensions. The seal is pretty weathered/worn. I think replacement would be your Product Code: 58-182 but looking for confirmation.

I have disintegrating t-slot weather stripping in my windows. They have no foam inside. The tube is hollow. All of our windows have the weather seal drying up & falling off..After talking to an associate at our Menards in Ankeny is we ordered a piece of T- slot foam filled bulb weather seal. This was 270 .
