Hi, I ordered a Truth handle and link assembly that I found on your website to see if it was the type I needed. It was! Now I just need a bunch of them in bronze and not white. The item number is 38-205 in white, can you get it for me in bronze? Thank you for your help. Gary

Hi, we moved into a house that did not have locks on four of the windows. The opening for the lock is 4 1/4 inches. Are these items you guys would have? I have found markings that say Herculite glass and tons of numbers but can't find other markings. Thanks!

Locking handle just fell out

I thought the 38-205 was the link assembly I needed, but it's too tight. Do you have something smaller?

The Locking Took is for Locking the windows. The caps are to cover up the spline nub when you remove the window crank.

I'm looking to order these in black or dark bronze... can you help?

Do you have latch handles for Pozzi casement windows? I've heard there are 2 generations of these handles and I'm not sure which ones I have but I think they are bronze finish. Thanks for your help.

I have 2000 Weathervane or Weather Shield wood windows with Hurd hardware. One of my latches has a broken plastic piece. (See photos). Do you have a replacement?

The crank hardware (39-107)for this window matches the Truth brand. I can't find a matching lock. I'd like it to be white. The screws are spaced 3 5/16" apart. Just forward of the primary handle pivot there is a stamped number on the metal: "31573".

This fork style lock handle controls the wooden casement style windows in our bay window. Half of the fork has broken off, so now we cannot lock/unlock the windows, as we were only given one to control both. The stamp on the fork says "construction handle." My casement window lock broke. Locking lever (up/down) failed. Windows stamped Sept 17, 2008. Vinyl outside, wood inside. Do you have a part that can fix this?

Window is 48" tall. On the locking mechanism the bar slides up and down to pull the window shut to lock. On the lever the rivet is broken so the lever will not slide the bar up and down to pull the window shut. What I need is to replace the locking lever.

Hello! Missing a crank cover and a lock cover and need to replace. Originally purchased 2003. Crank cover is 5 1/4" x 1 1/18" and the lock cover is 4 1/4" long. Need both in white, will need two of each. Please let me know if you have parts that match these! Thank you, Hannah
