Looking for a replacement for the left and right side of the window

I have a window that does not stay open. When I raise it, it slams shut. When I looked, I think it's because this bracket thing that is attached to the base of the window is broken. (See images). please help.

I am looking for a sash guide pin for an older CertainTeed window. I see some that look like it but they dont have the little tit on the bottom side. Sorry I dont have a pic of the good one removed. It would go on the left side of the Window if it makes any difference. Do you have anything? Than ... (cont.)

Original Windows house built in 1999. I measured the bottom of the pivot bar. It was 2-1/2 to the edge of the window. Also it has one screw on the bottom side and one screw on the side. I am seeking a replacement part.

Hi, the gray piece is missing on one of my CertainTeed double hung window which causes the top sash to drop when unlocked. Please help identify what piece that is and a replacement. Thanks

I recently ordered 6 replacement pivot bars item # 26-353. They are approximately 1/4 inch too long. Do you carry 3 inch pivot replacement bars? Thanks for trying to help me out. Hi There- I just purchased the p/n:26-353 pivot bar and found that while the part screwed onto the window, it ended up being to tall and the window doesn't close completely. I found a warranty tag on the side of the window that might help identify the correct type or part I would need. Thanks for yo ... (cont.)

Hello! Was so happy to run across your youtube video. what we have is different from that window you showed. Do you have this style part and can you show us how to install? The part that the window locks into will not slide with out window in. Thank you for any help Mark
