What is the size and type of the drive head on the lock screw on product number 26-176? Is it a standard tri-wing?

Trying to find Window manufacture of this lock mechanism

Tilt latch 3 5/16" long 1 1/4" wide 2 screw holes 2 3/8" apart, hole where latch piece comes out is 5/8" from edge Marking on underside is 11195 L, Pat Pending

Surface mounted latch for tilt window: My windows are white metal and quite large. The latches are all replacements I believe, witness the contrasting color. Some are slightly too large I think. I am looking for a replacement for this 3.5" tilt latch. The screw holes are 2.5" apart.

The framework between the glass panes is repeatedly stamped "SAI" and "88". The latches that release the pane are marked "Tilt Safe (Pat. Pending)" Is this a Season All window?

Based on my measurements, they appear to be 2-23/32" L x 1" W x 5/16" D with a hole-to-hole center distance of 1-13/16" and latch edge to hole distance of 1-5/8". I'm putting together an order for parts for some windows in a 1994 era townhouse; the 29" blue tip series 600 balances and the 17/32 pivots match up to what I have, but my tilt sash latches are 2.5" C to C, with 5/8 from the outer screw to the sash edges.
