I found something close but it has a round end. My pivot bar has a flat t end with a 1/16th diameter. Can the round end pivot be substituted for a flat end or can you find me the same Flat t end pivot bar? Thank you, Anna L

Hello Swisco: Attached is a picture of the part that broke off the bottom of my Patriot Window. Can I replace this or do I need a new window bottom. Measurements same as 26-398, but it does not have the rounded end.; see pictures. Would the one with rounded end work, or do you have the correct item? Thanks

Hi, I purchased two of your S140 coil balance springs. I installed them today, but the pivot bars on my windows won't fit. The 26-415 have matching dimensions (will install onto my sash) but I am not sure if they will mate with the S140.

For a Jeld-Wen window. I need just the shoe. The spring assembly has the number: 16B DD5 CMC 45.

Your 26-226 Pivot bar mates the size I need for my Bonneville windows (Double Hung) - however I need the Brake Shoe/Pivot Shoe to match up with it - searched you site a bit but could not fine the one I need - mine is 1 1/4" high, 1 5/16" wide and 11/16" thick.
