I am looking for the shoe that would fit this window balance.

Need help finding a replacement window balance. The current balance is damaged beyond repair. According to the sticker on the window it is a Cornerstone/Heritage Single Hung NFRC-HGB-K-15 window. Pt. 1 I'm sending two requests. These are half the images I have. One is a 1" pivot lock shoe. The other is a 24" channel balance rail/spring (?) and t-pivot. What's happening is when the windows are opened, they don't stay up. The guides are broken.

I'm looking for these two parts, do you carry them?

I am replacing my spiral balances because they have failed on 2 of my windows. This issue is they continually come free from the pivot shoe, which is a locking pivot. need 6 - 2 1/2" PIVOT PINS WITH ROUND HEAD

They are 3" long, from the wide tip the first hole is 1.425" and the second hole is 2.425" away.

Looking for 10 to 20 pivot rods that have a defect where they break at the screw hole (closest to edge of window). Also there is the occasional break of the pivot piece (other picture) where I should get a few as well. lease let me know asap.

PIVOT BAR IS APPROXIMATELY 2-15/32" IN LENGTH AND APPROXIMATELY 9/32" IN WIDTH. MADE FROM DIE CAST METAL WITH TWO HOLES APPROXIMATELY 1" CENTERS. TAPERED ON ONE END AND A TAB ON THE OTHER END.

This is the shaft that attaches the window to the frame. It broke and I need a replacement. If you have it in stock, please send me 2 or more.
