26-186 Weep hole cover, 1-7/8"

I have ordered weep hole covers with flaps, 26-173 and 26-417 and both times they would not fit. Do you have something that would fit into a weep hole that is 1 1/4 x 3/16.

The crank handle may match your part number 39-104 The weephole cover may match your part number 26-186 But the turnbutton screen clamp I could not find on your site

The exterior flat edge is 1 3/8" long and is 3/8" wide. Do you have this and how much is it?

I attached a photo of my existing norandex window weep cover as well as a photo of the whole that needs to be filled. From screw hole to screw hole is about 2".
