Door frame is tagged with "Carefree Aluminium". Wheel is 1.25in diameter Other dimension are in pictures with digital caliper.

This old part is L-3 inches long, W-3/4, H-1 1/8. Wheel is 1 1/2 diameter. No part number. The area inside the door space. From bottom of door up to glass = H-1 1/2 inches, this is open space to the other end of the door. Inside diameter

Hello, this is the roller I want to replace. It seems like the axle or ball bearing is worn so there is too much play and the door sags and sticks on this end. This is from an aluminum door that came with our house, built in 2007. The only marking is on the case, it just says "Ultra." Case is 2 3/8" long, 1 3/16" tall, 11/16" thick. Wheel is metal, 1" diameter.

I believe the rollers are 1 1/4". Marked with Ultra logo but no part number.

I realize photos are poor. I have not yet removed the door from the track. It is a convex roller with tabs on the top that fit through slots in the door frame(photo 3). The tabs are approx 1"apart and the roller assembly is only approx 1.125-1.25" tall. Roller is nylon and convex. Any help is appre ... (cont.)
