I need latches for 3 windows. The attached photos show the only markings on the windows.

Hello, I recently moved into a home built in 2006 with Almond colored sliding vinyl windows, one of the window latches/locks is broken, i can find no identifying labels or marks on the windows, anywhere, not on the glass or on the vinyl. Window is from the company Empire Pacific Windows. The letter L is on the lock, also 8-9 it is white in color.

Existing latch (striker plate) is numbered 30207

It looks like #90-278 matches existing lock (see photo) however I don't seem to find a similar keeper. What do the experts think?

I need to replace a broken lock on an Empire Pacific (Oregon company) window. This lock mates with a flush mounted keeper as shown in the photo. Do you have a window lock keeper or lock that has a flush mount like the one in the picture? The mounting screws are 1 1/4 inches apart. The keeper is 2" wide and about 1 1/4 inches high.
