These are windows from 1972, wood framed. I'm not sure who the manufacture was. the handles appear to be stamped 'CAPADCO' I didn't see any that clearly matched on your Website.

Do you guys carry this crank? No markings on window

I need a right hand and a left hand operator for the windows that do not have any identification on them . I don't know how you're measuring from to get approximately nine. It could be 9 and 1/2 or 10 but I measured from the bend

I replaced my c.1985 Truth casement window operators on ten windows last year using 39-014 and 39-013 operators. I now am replacing six on the same brand of windows but they are narrower and have 9 1/2" arms instead of 13 1/2" arms. I think the same operator with the shorter arm are 39-412 and 3 ... (cont.)

The part has Truth 45251 stamped on it. The arm is 9" long when measured from the gear. It has Norco stamped oh the crank.

Gears slip as opening window and closing, the handle assembly gear seems ok, all I see on crank is stamped word Truth 30818. Right side is that all I need to replace crank assembly. Please not this is a right side crank needing replaced but the photo is left side crank

Hello,I purchased items 39-412 & 39-413 for my window. The window channel that is on the window is too shallow for these parts. The current channel measure 13 3/4 x 5/8 x 1/8. Need a replacement right handed operator, 9" arm. Photos of similar window operator attached. Another similar operator has a tag JEL-N-555, but this is a different window (same window type and build) in the house. I actually only need the roller on the end of the arm, if that's repalceable. Single arm window crank with a #5 stamped on bottom of crank. 9 1/2" from end of arm to center of crank assembly. Stamped Truth, 10 years old, stamped 40050A on bottom of arm. Can you tell me model, order number?

I bought these windows about 12 yrs ago. Unfortunately, I can't find the brand or the serial numbers. These are probably some generic windows from China. Is there a way to match with any of yours.
