Gears slip
Gears slip as opening window and closing, the handle assembly gear seems ok, all I see on crank is stamped word Truth 30818. Right side is that all I need to replace crank assembly. Please not this is a right side crank needing replaced but the photo is left side crank

Single arm window crank with a #5 stamped on bottom of crank. 9 1/2" from end of arm to center of crank assembly. Stamped Truth, 10 years old, stamped 40050A on bottom of arm. Can you tell me model, order number?

I need a window track which will accommodate an offset single arm operator, part # 39-413. The diameter of the wheel at the end of the arm is 9/16. I previously purchased a channel guide (track) from you #39-504, however, the track is not wide enough.

Thanks for writing in. To start, review our 39-413 & 39-412 operators. Like your old operator, they have an offset in the link arm that goes up. The arms are 9-1/2" long. Casement arm sagging
I have a D Series Clad Case/Awn JEL-N-330 bronze that the arm appears to sag quite a bit, wheel may also be worn, and it drops out every time it passes the removal slots.
