39-413 Offset Single Arm Operator, 9-1/2

Gears slip as opening window and closing, the handle assembly gear seems ok, all I see on crank is stamped word Truth 30818. Right side is that all I need to replace crank assembly. Please not this is a right side crank needing replaced but the photo is left side crank

The operator is loose and has a lot of play in it when the window is open. Would like to replace.

Hello,I purchased items 39-412 & 39-413 for my window. The window channel that is on the window is too shallow for these parts. The current channel measure 13 3/4 x 5/8 x 1/8. I bought these windows about 12 yrs ago. Unfortunately, I can't find the brand or the serial numbers. These are probably some generic windows from China. Is there a way to match with any of yours. I need a window track which will accommodate an offset single arm operator, part # 39-413. The diameter of the wheel at the end of the arm is 9/16. I previously purchased a channel guide (track) from you #39-504, however, the track is not wide enough.

Thanks for writing in. To start, review our 39-413 & 39-412 operators. Like your old operator, they have an offset in the link arm that goes up. The arms are 9-1/2" long. Hi,The circular piece that runs along the corridor on the bottom of the window is frayed and worn. The window will not open and shut like it should, and I believe this is the culprit. I have a D Series Clad Case/Awn JEL-N-330 bronze that the arm appears to sag quite a bit, wheel may also be worn, and it drops out every time it passes the removal slots.
