Do you have a replacement for this something that would work. I don't mind drilling new holes. The overall length is 2.5 inches thanks Richard

a customer has a window that won't stay up all the way but sags down. The balance she has in the channel is not like any on your site. What do you need from me to order the part? Interestingly, the springs are intact and not broken so I'm not sure what is wrong.

This piece is broken in half and resides on the side of the window. Any help fir this I can find similar but nothing that matches.

Here's the picture I have for the Pivot bar-bracket. It's for a Primax Tilt-in Triple pane vinyl window. Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

The pivot bar in my vinyl sash window sheered off. I am sending photos of the pivot bar on the other side and the part in the frame (lock shoe?) that the pivot bar goes into. Looking to find a replacement tilt window sash pivot bar off a late 90's Care Free window.

Please let me know what part number to order pivot pins and shoes for 1999 Care free single hung windows. The existing shoe looks about 1/4" to 5/16 thick ft sliding in track Dan Fron

Photos attached are of a pivot lock shoe from Survivor series 2100 window installed in 2003. The teeth in the lock shoe do not securely hold the 'prongs' in the internal spiral. Upon reassembly, when the sash is put back in and moved up or down you can here the spiral slip out of the teeth in the ... (cont.)

Old pivot pin this style anywhere your stock? I see nothing with head type like this one anywhere. Does that matter or will something else work as replacement?
