39-417 Tie Bar Guide

We have 15-year-old JELD-WEN casement windows. One window is missing the three tie-bar guides that the other windows have.

This plastic piece has failed on most windows in my home. There are generally 3 to each window and they hold and guide the metal bar (mostly vertical but some horizontal) that slides up or down when the window is locked and released. Greetings, The plastic guides for the locking bar on my Weathershield Awning windows have all broken. Two windows with 2 guides on each. Can you help me? The photo shows it laying upside down. Thanks, Joe

I don't know what part this is. If I lock my crank window the lock comes up but doesn't stay in this part. It sounds locked but you can still crank it open.

Hey guys, Looking to replace some of the failed parts on my Truth Hardware windows. The Tie bar is 39 inches long with two cone type rollers, one cylinder. Then I need 6 replacement guide clips. Let me know if anything else is needed to clarify.

The bottom plastic piece broke off when I went to lock the window.

The overall length of the tie bar is 26 7/8". The first roller is 13/16" (on center) from the end. The distance between the rollers is 21 15/16". I also need a guide that will work with this.
