Hi there, The top latch of my double mortise latch for sliding patio door is stuck in lock position. Bottom latch works fine. Attached are 5 photos. If you need more photos please let me know. Do you know/have the replacement part? Thank you! Dan

Our sliding door lock does not properly work. As you can see from the picture, only one latch/hook works when you try to lock the door. The bottom latch/hook does not come out. 1. Which part number is this? 2. Do I also need to replace the door handle as well?

Hello! There are two problems with the "handle side" of my sliding door locking mechanism. (Screw stripped on handle, locking mechanism only working sporadically.)
