I ordered the 82-265 and installed it with little issues. I have found that the plate on the door frame does not mate up to the upgraded part I received. I need to get the part that goes on the door frame to get it to lock properly. Can you please help me find this part.

Measurement from center of screw hole to center of screw hole of lock is 11 inchs. The door is a Silver Line. Identification of the door is attached in a photo.

There is no brand name anywhere on the door. We've removed the entire door unit and there are no identifying markings. If there is a suitable replacement in Satin Nickel, that would be preferrable. thank you

I need a replacement for a double mortise lock for a patio door. The overall length is 11 5/8". The distance between the middle of the upper screw and lower screw is 11". I need to replace this slider mechanism. Im trying to see if I can find a fix for the lock or if I need to replace the whole slider. Please help me identify this product so I can go about getting estimates.

The inner pieces of the door lock slid to the bottom of the door. An installer said I needed the part to fix it. But I don't know what the part number is to the inside lock mechanism. Help?
