82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

This handle needs replacing I think a broke piece of the latch may still be inside. I noticed while taking the photo that they put this on upside down. What do I do to replace this correctly? Or will I need to just put it back the way they installed it? It's a left hand open.

I am looking for a handle and lock compatible with PAT# 6.264.252 The problems I am experiencing are the following 1. No key for lock in my possession 2. no idea the brand. did not see similar latch on you site. 82-259 not quite right. my latch paw pins are 5-3/8"c2c, housing ~10-1/8", and cover plate, as you can see from pics is 11-3/4" with mount screws 11" c2c. If indeed you have nothing, if you can ID the brand?

I think I need a new handle set. Or maybe a new mortise lock. My wife and I got locked inside our house recently when our door malfunctioned. The lock locked and the knob would not retract it. I just bought a house with sliding glass doors that looks to have the 82-086 handle with the 82-259 mortise and the 82-249 keeper. Hi, hoping this is still a current part in your catalog. Outside handle broke off the studs, see photos. Only thing I've found is "Sash Controls, Canton SD", and a US patent number D466787 on the interior of the casting (did not try to disassemble the interior part). Let me know if you need more inf ... Our sliding door lock broke - it has two latches, and the top latch no longer retracts with the lock switch. Please advise what part we should get to replace the lock. Sticker on the top inside of the door says NAMI-302187

The sliding glass door handle will not latch shut easily. We made adjustments to the wall mounted latch but it didn't last. The door is hard to latch locked.
