82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

Looking for sliding door handles and replacement lock. Please advise the correct replacement part.

The door is Prime and the lock is 10 inches long and 5/8 wide, 1 and 1/8 deep. The spring one one of the hooks broke. Please help.

I just bought part 82-265 tried to install but can't get door to lock. I have tried to adjust the set screw and the plate that the was there. First did i buy the right lock? Do I need a new lock plate?

Get me a price and availability. Can't find a serial number or brand, although the screen door does say Quanex. But can't find anything on the door itself. Need lock and keys too. Mounting holes are 3 15/16. C to CThanks. Bob

See attached Photo, your Legacy 82-089 handles will work for us, however some of our locks use a Square Peg vs a flat peg to operate the lock. Does the Legacy style come with the square peg or is there another handle set that does. Or Can we purchase the handle sets and buy square pegs seperately. ... (cont.)

Hello! The latch to my sliding door broke and while trying to repair it, I managed to drop the latch inside of the sliding door ? Now I cannot find a replacement part for this door! I do not history of this patio door part. The white face plate holes are 11 inch on center. It looks like part 82-265 but the white face plate has no opening for an anti-slam device

Hi, I am looking for a replacement lock for the Reliabilt sliding patio door series 312.

The lever on the inside handle is broken. I'm happy to buy a complete replacement if needed. Everything works except the lever actuated from the inside is broken. Inside the handle are several patent numbers and "Sash Controls Sioux Falls SD. " I hope you can help.
