I am in need of the pivot pin pictured on left and middle. They are 3-5/8" long (the one pictured has 1 arm broken off). I took a picture of the HD pin on bottom right because, tho similar, that is not what we need. Do you have any of the type on left and middle?

The spiral balance in EVERY double hung window has failed in the lower sashes and some in the upper sashes. My question to you is: Does this seem right? Should I be ordering stronger w ... (cont.)

The covered spiral balances have popped and looking to replace them, I'm not sure what other information to include like HxW of windows?
