Hello, I have a pivot bar for my sash with the marking H 12320 on on side and 24 on the other. It is approximately 3-1/8" long

We are trying to find replacement parts for our broken Alside Excalibur window. We are unsure of all the parts associated with the third photo showing the balance block. Besides being broken, it will not hold the window up. We have contacted the original installer who can install for us, but we ne ... (cont.)

Need help getting equivalent replacement parts, I ordered the 15-177 slate blue replacement shoe only to then realize the plastic bushing parts around the spring was a mess too. Also realized I had some broken t bars also.

Pivot bar is 2 3/4 long with one hole that is about 1 1/4 from bevel tip. Pivot shoe has coil with 6 K on it. 1/2 inch thick, 1 1/4 wide and 2 1/2 inch long

So we have several windows, as do many of our neighbors in my subdivision, that are experiencing issues like not opening smoothly, falling down, etc. We tried to see who the manufacturer of the windows are and to see if they have replacement parts but failed miserably. Hi. I can't a pivot bar carrier with the same dimensions as the picture above or the pivot bar. Can anyone help me out please. I've tried the pivot bars and carries 26-398, 26-405, 26-237, and 26-236 but none match hole placement in my windows.

The pivot bar on the window is part number 26-226 and need the left and right pivot lock shoes and the springs that are used on the same window.

See the picture above for numbers etc? taken from the window.

We broke the parts in one of our windows. If you don't have a match, would replacing the both work?

I need a mew pivot pin for a window. The window is a Quantum double hung vinyl window installed in 2001. The pin broke while it was opened for cleaning. If you can identify and provide, I would like two of them.

I'm thinking I need Tilt latches 26-442? Pivot bars either 26-405 or 26-226? Pivot shoes 15-215? Can I just replace the pivot shoe and use the old coil balance? I've been replacing coil balaces and pivot shoes on various windows over the past few weeks and I've come across the pins broken on the bottom of the sash. Please see attached window parts that are broken, I need left and right to repair 6 windows. The pivot bar pivot pin has a U-shaped cam that's broken. It's a double coil with a number 5 on both coils, the metal coils are the only useable parts everything else is broken.
