26-226 Pivot Bar, 3-1/16"

I have trouble finding this pivot bar and do i need to change the coils cause the slider in the open position is hard to go up and down.

Need replacement hardware for KVw tilt single hung 20+ Years old can you help? Looking for complete repair kit for these windows.

I recently ordered a pivot shoe and pivot bar. The shoe works perfect, in fact I need another for a different window, but the pivot bar didn't work. I need help identifying the parts I would need to fix some double hung windows.In the pictures, the pivet bar is about 2 3/4" long, 1/4" wide and 3/16" thick. Do you have replacement for this coil balancer ? We need 32 of them and 8 of the pivot bars.Jim

Pin dimensions: 1/8" x 5/16" x 2-3/4" Mounts to bottom of window and goes into balance to hold up window.

I spoke with someone and they didn't seem to recommend what I truly needed please help

I'm working with a college housing maintenance department. They need the bottom pivot bars. They refer to them as the gold bar. Pivot bar number on it is 9749 with a 2 near the end. size is as follow Lenghts is 3 1/16 end to end and 1/4 inch wide and 3/16 thick one hole treaded 1 1/16 from pointed tip to center of hole.

Hi, the windows are UniFrame brand. The pivot bars are 3"long. The pivot lock shoes are 1/2" thick, 1-1/4" wide and 2-1/8" tall.
