The bar is 2 3/4 inches long the width is 1/4" The hole is between 1 3/8 and 1 1/2 on the bar end face plate is 3/8 " where it fits into shoe The number 3 is printed on the bar

Please advise on parts needed: Tilt Latches, right and left, sash is approximately 1 3/8" width. Coil Balances for both sides and pivot bars. All for a lower window.

Please provide matching pivot lock for photos provided the existing pivot lock shoe measures 2-1/8" x 1-1/4" x 13.6mm below brake and 16.4mm measuring at or including the brake which is brown. Hi. I have Jeld Wen wooden guillotine windows. I am looking to buy a dozen of these metal pins that enable the windows to open and stay open. They also act as pivots for top open pivot cleaning.

I need a pin that is about 1.5" long with a flat spot that connects the lower window to a metal cylinder that slides in a track to raise or lower the window.

See photo, I need to replace two. Both are broken in half. Would this be part # 26-030 to order from Swisco? Please advise.

I am looking for a Pivot bar for my Paradigm window. Serial number 145463-3. It broke so I do not know what size to order. Part of the pivot bar is still in the window.

My wife was clean our windows and it broke. It appears one of the pins broke and on the same side the thing it attaches to(I think it's called the shoe?) Is broken too. And the pin on the opposite side is bent. Can you help me?

I have a some broken pivot bars that I need to replace, but cannot seem to find the exact length anywhere. It is 2.75 inches long from end to end and has one hole in it for the screw. Any advice you might have will be appreciated.

I am looking for the replacement coils and the metal pins that extend from the bottom of the window into the coil mechanism. I also think I may have ordered from you company a few years ago but can not locate my invoice. The coils I ordered then worked perfectly.Thank you,TK

Sadly this is all I have to go on. Both pivot bars are broken. Shown is the first screw hole. The second screw hole is 3/4 in from the first. Fingers crossed!!

Trying to get replacement tilt sash pivot bar for a very old (30 years approx) window aluminum double hung that has no identifying information. It looks very much like your part 26-226 but its single screw hole is just inside 2 inches from the outside of the pin. Number 9749 is stamped on it. The ... (cont.)

We purchased this house in 2021 and the windows, I thought, were fairly new. However, when using the tilt function to clean the outside glass, I've broken 4 tilt pins and one balance shoe. cant seem to find this part on your website. piece you see is about 1.25" long and has snapped at a threaded position of which the remaining inch or so is still in window held by two screws do you carry these? Thanks
