Hi, I've got a window that needs both balances replaced. The window is Alenco manufactured, approximately 20 years old and the balances are stamped with 2790 and 31. Spring clip is broken and will not hold spring any longer. Need all new balance. Number is "e 2730". Metal portion is 28" long. See uploaded pictures. For an Alenco window.

Hello, I'd like to find the correct replacement for my block I tackle window sash. Stamped into the channel is "2730" which I believe refers to the spring. Also are markings "HH" and "B.S.". I have more pictures if needed.Thank you,TC

The metal rail is 28" long and 1/2" wide. Window latches are marked BFS which I believe is Builders First Source. I believe I need a S395-28 with the 2740 option but wanted to ask for verification first. Please advise. Thanks, Wes

a 2740 stamped in steel channel. Channel is 28 inches long. Lock is 2 3/4 inches long.

Measured the metal channel 9/16" wide at 28" Balances read 2 6 15 Caldwell, will need both. The sliding window has 2 cracking plastic corners, can you provide part?
